Department Coordinator - Milford Regional, Cape Road Physical Therapy - 40 hours, Days

Prioritize departmental needs at the start of each shift by scheduling appointments, entering orders, and checking in patients. Coordinate patient flow, order and maintain supplies, and complete required reporting and record-keeping per compliance standards. Collect and transport specimens and patients using safety measures, while answering phones, forwarding messages, and maintaining physical charts and patient information systems. Assist staff with patient care activities and orient new hires to clerical duties. Work Monday through Friday from 9:5:30 AM to 5:30 PM for 40 hours. This role supports the efficient day-to-day operations of the Cape Road Physical Therapy department within UMass Memorial Health.
