Job Summary
Coordinate administrative operations for the Citrus Memorial Health Foundation branch, including invoice processing, deposits, petty cash, office records, scheduling, communications, and special projects. Support fundraising campaigns, community events, and board/volunteer activities; supervise staff and volunteers; ensure customer service excellence and a welcoming, mission-driven environment. Requires strong organizational and time-management skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, ability to manage multiple priorities, and effective written and verbal communication. Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Nonprofit Management, or related field preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required. Must be at least 18 years old and able to work with YMCA staff and community partners; potential training on YMCA culture and service programs. Physical requirements include able to lift at least 50 pounds and endure extended periods of standing or sitting. Role involves coordination under supervisor, safeguarding children, maintaining organized facilities, and budgetary responsibility; standard leadership competencies include collaboration, developing others, critical thinking, program and project management, finance, and emotional maturity.
