Job Summary
Department Analyst I at Cleveland Clinic's Integrated Surgical Institute. Supports Pre- and Post-Award operations, analyzes and evaluates data related to resources, services, budgets and procedures; prepares reports; conducts basic statistical analysis; identifies opportunities for improvement; ensures regulatory compliance (JCAHO, FDA, HIPAA, OSHA). Hybrid schedule with two days on-site and three days remote.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration or a related field and one year of statistical analysis experience or five years of relevant experience in a health care setting OR High School Diploma/GED and five years of experience OR Associate's Degree and three years of experience OR Master’s Degree
