Job Summary
Department Administration Manager role focused on leading the department’s activities (billing, sales, order entries and more), providing performance monitoring and coaching, conducting performance reviews, and developing improvement plans. Responsibilities include scheduling staff across shifts, defining work plans, assigning duties, offering technical advice, and fostering a productive, customer-service‐oriented environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, time-management, multi-tasking, professional communication, and the ability to partner with managers to optimize operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred
- minimum of two years of related experience/training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficiency in MS Office Suites
