Denver/Zone 3 - ICU Float Pool - Travel Registered Nurse - $2220 per week.

Job Summary
Conduct critical care float pool duties across Zone 3 facilities including OrthoCO Hospital, Longmont Unite Hospital, and St Anthony locations. Titrate all critical drips including pressors, sedation, paralytics, and antiarrhythmics. Provide ICU, PCU/Stepdown, and MS-Tele coverage with mandatory floating to additional acuity levels. Work 12-hour night shifts, 3 shifts weekly, with 6-9 weekend shifts over a 6-week schedule and potential holiday rotation. Maintain Colorado or compact licensure and submit BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications. No home base facility allowed; candidates must reside over 60 miles from the facility.
Required Qualifications
- 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months
- 24 months of Critical Care Float Pool experience with 12 months within the last 36 months (3 years)
- Must have a Colorado license or compact license
- Must live >60 miles from facility
- Must have 2 years of ICU experience
- Must be comfortable titrating all critical drips: Pressors, sedation, paralytics, antiarrhythmics, heparin, insulin, and more
- Must have a Driver's license
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
- NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale)
- Must be able to float to Zone 3: OrthoCO Hospital, Longmont Unite Hospital, St Anthony, St Anthony North
- Must be able to float into ICU, PCU/Stepdown, & MS-Tele
- Must be able to go into the Holiday Rotation
- Must be able to work 6-9 weekend shifts in a 6 week schedule
- Must be able to work 14 days start assignment
- Must have at least one reference from the same unit/specialty as the job
- Must have 2 Charge/Lead references required from within the last 12 months
- Must be able to work 11/26/2026, 12/25/2026, 01/01/2027 holidays (1 allowed off)
