Denver (Western Region) - Medical Device Field Reimbursement Manager

Field Reimbursement Manager responsible for managing and executing reimbursement strategies to facilitate patient access to the company’s medical device products. Acts as the primary field reimbursement contact for assigned accounts, delivering provider education, coding/billing guidance, and assistance with prior authorizations, appeals, and claim follow-up. Partners with the sales team to support onboarding and program adoption, engages Medicare/CMD decision-makers to positively impact coverage, and travels up to 50% to support customers across hospitals, ASCs, and provider offices. Strong emphasis on customer-facing education, cross-functional collaboration with clinical, administrative, and marketing teams, and the ability to navigate complex reimbursement processes.
