Job Summary
Independently Licensed Therapists (LCSW, LMFT, or LPC) needed to provide diagnostic evaluations, psychotherapy, treatment planning, and consulting in-person at partner SNF/LTC facilities in the Denver metro area. Responsibilities include collaborating with BHS psychiatrists, psychologists, care coordinators, and facility staff; timely documentation in the Athena EMR; and ensuring compliance with agency policies. Qualifications include a Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or an eligible master’s degree and Colorado licensure; NPI; Medicaid/Medicare credentialing is a plus; vaccination/TB/CPR-AED-First Aid may be required. Fluency in Spanish is a plus. Required Qualifications
- Master of Social Work, Counseling, or other eligible master's degree and Colorado licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPC.
- NPI (National Provider Identifier).
- Credentialed with Medicaid/Medicare a PLUS!
- TB Test.
- CPR/AED/First Aid Certification.
