Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients supported by a team of hygienists, assistants, and DentaPro software, managing an average flow of 10-12 operative and 20-25 hygiene patients daily. Utilize digital x-ray, Panorex units, and fiber-optic handpieces while adhering to yearly OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training protocols. Serve a patient base primarily aged 3-21 with up to 30% adults, utilizing state insurance plans, PPO, and out-of-network payors. Participate in morning huddles to highlight customer focus and collaboration goals. This role offers a sign-on bonus and relocation assistance up to $10,000 for FT providers, alongside medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and continuing education reimbursements.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
