Job Summary
Associate Dentists are responsible for providing dental services to patients with the support of their team, using DentaPro software, digital x-ray and Panorex units, and a care-focused approach to both pediatric and adult patients. The role offers flexible schedules with multiple options, sign-on and relocation assistance, comprehensive benefits (medical/dental/vision, HSA/FSA, disability, life insurance, 401(k)), continuing education reimbursements, licensure reimbursements, and visa/green card sponsorship. Emphasis on community dental care, patient base including children (70%+) and adults, and collaborative office flow with hygienists and dental assistants; office expects adherence to OSHA/HIPAA guidelines and ongoing training.
Required Qualifications
- DDS or DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Compassion and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults
