Job Summary
Associate Dentist needed to provide dental services to patients (primarily ages 3-21 and up to 30% adults) with a team-based approach. Responsibilities include delivering care with DentaPro software, digital x-ray/Panorex usage, fiber-optic handpieces, and adherence to OSHA/HIPAA, with a patient flow of ~10-12 operative and 20-25 hygiene patients. Office supports mentoring, collaboration, and a strong focus on teamwork to serve underserved communities; benefits include guaranteed base pay over $200K, $50K sign-on bonus, student loan repayment assistance, and comprehensive coverage (insurance, retirement, malpractice, disability) with visa sponsorship available.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Nitrous Oxide certification (where required)
- CPR, DEA, etc.
