Job Summary
Associate Dentist role providing dental services to patients with the support of a team. Practice uses DentaPro software, digital x-ray and Panorex units, and fiber-optic handpieces. Training includes OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management; patient base includes ages 3-21 and up to 30% adults; office flow involves 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients. Opportunity includes mentoring and collaboration, a guaranteed base pay over $200K with uncapped earnings, a $50K sign-on bonus, and additional benefits including student loan repayment, insurance options, 401(k), malpractice coverage, holidays/time off, and continuing education reimbursements. VISA and Green Card sponsorship available. Vaccinations: nitrous oxide certification required in certain states. Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a CODA-accredited dental education program
- Current, valid dental license in states of practice or eligibility for licensure
- CPR certification, DEA registration, and other required certifications
- Nitrous Oxide certification (where required: LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
