Job Summary
Associate Dentist opportunity providing dental services to patients, with a team-based practice using DentaPro software, digital x-ray and Panorex, fiber-optic handpieces, and a patient base including children and adults. Growth through mentoring, with a focus on teamwork, patient-centered care, and community impact. Responsibilities include delivering dental care to patients (primarily ages 3-21, up to 30% adults), participating in office workflow (1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, 2 dental assistants per provider), and upholding OSHA/HIPAA/emergency management training. Benefits include guaranteed base pay over $200K with uncapped earning potential, $50K sign-on bonus, loan repayment assistance, comprehensive insurance, 401(k), malpractice coverage, CE reimbursements, and visa/green card sponsorship. Qualifications require a DDS/DMD, licensure, and relevant certifications.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
- CPR, DEA, etc.
