Job Summary
Associate Dentist to provide dental services to patients with a supportive team; practice utilizes DentaPro software, digital x-ray and Panorex units, and fiber-optic handpieces. Position emphasizes care for patients aged 3–21 (with up to 30% adults), mentored growth and collaboration, and a schedule that supports work-life balance. Responsibilities include patient care within a team, participation in training (OSHA, HIPPA, Emergency Management), and contributing to a high-volume clinical flow. Benefits include guaranteed base pay over $200K with uncapped earnings potential, a $50K sign-on bonus, student loan repayment assistance, and comprehensive insurance, retirement, and CE opportunities. VISA and Green Card sponsorship available. Requires DDS/DMD, current license to practice dentistry where providing care, and relevant certifications (e.g., CPR, DEA, Nitrous Oxide in listed states). Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
- CPR, DEA, etc.
