Job Summary
Associate Dentist duties include providing dental services to patients with a supportive team; serve a patient base that includes children (primarily ages 3-21) and up to 30% adults; utilize DentaPro software, digital x-ray and Panorex; maintain OSHA/HIPAA and emergency-management training; operate with a ratio of 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, and 2 dental assistants per provider; participate in morning huddles, team recognition, and goal setting; mentorship and collaboration are emphasized; sign-on bonus of $50,000; guaranteed base pay over $200K with uncapped earnings potential; visa sponsorship available; comprehensive benefits including insurance, retirement plan, disability, life insurance, CE reimbursements, and license/dues reimbursements; opportunity for career growth and development within a mission-driven practice serving underserved communities.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
- CPR, DEA, etc.
