Provide dental services to patients supported by a team of one hygienist, one hygiene assistant, and two dental assistants. Manage an office flow averaging 10–12 operative patients and 20–25 hygiene patients daily using DentaPro software, digital x-ray, and Panorex units. Serve a patient base primarily aged 3–21 with up to 30% adult population across state insurance, PPO, and out-of-network payors. Participate in morning huddles to plan the day and highlight customer focus, collaboration, and goal achievement.
