Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients supported by a team of hygienists, assistants, and digital x-ray equipment in an office with an average of 10-12 operative and 20-25 hygiene patients daily. Manage care for a patient base primarily aged 3-21, utilizing DentaPro software and adhering to state insurance and PPO mix protocols. Participate in morning huddles to highlight team goals and customer focus while engaging in activities that promote a positive company image. Join a team creating over a million smiles annually, offering guaranteed base pay over $200K, a $50,000 sign-on bonus, and student loan repayment assistance.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
