Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients supported by a team of hygienists, assistants, and digital x-ray equipment in an office handling 10–12 operative and 20–25 hygiene patients daily. Manage care for a patient base primarily aged 3–21 with a mix of state insurance, PPO, and out-of-network payors. Participate in morning huddles to plan the day, highlight customer focus, and foster collaboration. Complete yearly OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training while utilizing DentaPro software and fiber-optic handpieces. Enjoy multiple schedule options to maintain work-life balance and access to CE through ADA Accredited programs.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)

- Compassion and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults
- Love working with kids (they make up 70% or more of our patient base)
