Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients supported by a team of hygienists, assistants, and digital imaging units. Manage an average daily flow of 10–12 operative and 20–25 hygiene patients across state insurance, PPO, and out-of-network payors. Participate in morning huddles to foster collaboration, celebrate customer focus, and maintain a positive community image. Mentor and collaborate with colleagues to drive growth and development within the practice. Serve primarily a pediatric population aged 3–21 with up to 30% adult patients. Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
- Compassion and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults
