Job Summary
Associate Dentist opportunity with Benevis offering guaranteed base pay in excess of $200k and uncapped earning potential, sign-on and visa sponsorship possibilities. The role focuses on providing dental services to patients (primarily children and adults) with a supportive team, using DentaPro software, digital imaging, and modern equipment; includes mentoring, collaboration, and opportunities for professional development. Responsibilities include taking care of the community, participating in morning huddles, planning daily care, promoting patient-focused service, and working within a team structure that includes hygienists and dental assistants. State insurance plans, PPO/out-of-network payor mix, and a robust benefits package (insurance options, retirement plan, license/certifications reimbursements, CE opportunities) are part of the opportunity. Visa and Green Card sponsorship available.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Nitrous Oxide certification (LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
- CPR, DEA, etc.
