Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients supported by a team of hygienists and assistants using DentaPro software, digital x-rays, and fiber-optic handpieces. Manage an average daily flow of 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients, primarily serving children ages 3-21 with a mix of state insurance, PPO, and out-of-network payors. Participate in morning huddles to plan the day, highlight customer focus, and foster collaboration. Complete yearly OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training while receiving mentoring and development opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
