Provide dental services to patients supported by a team of hygienists, assistants, and digital x-ray equipment. Manage an average daily flow of 10-12 operative and 20-25 hygiene patients, primarily serving children ages 3-21 with a mix of state insurance, PPO, and out-of-network payors. Participate in morning huddles to plan the day and highlight customer focus and collaboration. This role offers a guaranteed base pay of $800/day with uncapped earning potential and a $40,000 sign-on bonus.
