Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients with support from a team including one hygienist, one hygiene assistant, and two dental assistants. Manage an office flow averaging 10–12 operative patients and 20–25 hygiene patients daily, primarily serving children ages 3–21 with a 30% adult population mix. Utilize DentaPro software, digital x-ray, Panorex units, and fiber-optic handpieces while completing yearly OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training. Join morning huddles to plan the day and highlight team collaboration, customer focus, and goal achievement. Participate in activities promoting a positive company image and engage in mentoring and collaboration for growth and development.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
