Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients supported by a team including one hygienist, one hygiene assistant, and two dental assistants. Manage an office flow averaging 10–12 operative patients and 20–25 hygiene patients daily, serving a patient base primarily aged 3–21 with up to 30% adults. Utilize DentaPro software, digital x-ray units, and Panorex units while adhering to yearly OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training. Participate in morning huddles to plan the day, highlight customer focus, and foster team collaboration. Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
- Compassion and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults
