Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients supported by a team of hygienists and assistants, utilizing DentaPro software, digital x-ray units, and fiber-optic handpieces. Manage an average daily caseload of 10–12 operative and 20–25 hygiene patients, primarily serving children ages 3–21 with a mix of state insurance, PPO, and out-of-network payors. Participate in morning huddles to plan the day and highlight customer focus and collaboration. Receive yearly OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training, plus access to mentoring and continuing education through ADA Accredited programs.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
