Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients supported by a team of hygienists, assistants, and digital imaging equipment. Manage an average daily flow of 10-12 operative and 20-25 hygiene patients, primarily serving children ages 3-21 with a mix of state insurance, PPO, and out-of-network payors. Participate in morning huddles to highlight customer focus and collaboration while adhering to yearly OSHA, HIPAA, and emergency management training. This role offers a guaranteed base pay of $9000/day with uncapped earning potential and includes a $40,000 sign-on bonus. We provide student loan repayment, relocation assistance, and comprehensive benefits including malpractice insurance, 401(k), and continuing education reimbursements through an ADA-accredited program.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
