Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients supported by a team of hygienists and assistants, utilizing DentaPro software, digital x-ray units, and fiber-optic handpieces. Manage an average daily caseload of 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients, serving a patient base primarily aged 3-21 with up to 30% adult population. Participate in morning huddles to plan the day, highlight customer focus, and foster collaboration. Complete yearly OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training while maintaining CPR and DEA certifications. This role offers a guaranteed base pay of $9000/day with uncapped earning potential, a $40,000 sign-on bonus, and student loan repayment assistance. Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
