Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients supported by a team of hygienists, assistants, and DentaPro software, managing an average of 10-12 operative and 20-25 hygiene patients daily. Utilize digital x-ray, Panorex units, and fiber-optic handpieces while adhering to yearly OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training protocols. Serve a patient base primarily aged 3-21 with up to 30% adults across state insurance, PPO, and out-of-network payors. Join morning huddles to plan the day, highlight team appreciation, and foster collaboration. This role offers multiple schedule options for work-life balance, with a sign-on bonus up to $40k and relocation assistance up to $10,000.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
