Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from an accredited dental education program (CODA)
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- CPR certification
- DEA certification
- Nitrous Oxide certification (in LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
