Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients supported by a team of hygienists, assistants, and staff while adhering to government regulations and company compliance programs. Manage daily operations including morning huddles, patient flow of 10-12 operative and 20-25 hygiene cases, and utilization of DentaPro software and digital imaging units. Travel to designated locations in Indiana to serve a patient base primarily aged 3-21, with specific certifications required for nitrous oxide in certain states. Earn a daily rate up to $1,200 during the ramp period plus a sign-on bonus up to $75,000, with expenses covered for inter-office travel. Join a team focused on creating accessible, affordable care for underserved families.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
