Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients with support from a team of hygienists, assistants, and dental assistants across multiple Indiana locations. Adhere to government regulations, company standards, and compliance programs while maintaining the highest integrity. Manage daily operations including morning huddles, planning, and promoting a positive company image through customer focus and collaboration. Serve a patient base primarily aged 3-21 with an average of 10-12 operative and 20-25 hygiene patients per day. Utilize DentaPro software, digital x-ray units, and fiber-optic handpieces to deliver care. Travel to assigned offices in Elkhart, Evansville, Fort Wayne, Highland, Lafayette, Indianapolis, and Terre Haute.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
