Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients with support from a team of hygienists and assistants, adhering to all government regulations and company compliance programs. Manage daily operations in locations including Elkhart, Evansville, Fort Wayne, Highland, Lafayette, Indianapolis, and Terre Haute, while participating in morning huddles to highlight customer focus and collaboration. Care for a patient base primarily aged 3–21 with an average of 10–12 operative and 20–25 hygiene patients per day. Earn a daily rate up to $1,200 during the ramp period and receive up to $75,000 in sign-on bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
