Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients with support from a team of hygienists and assistants, adhering to all government regulations and company compliance programs. Manage daily operations including morning huddles, goal setting, and highlighting customer focus while treating a patient base primarily aged 3-21. Travel to designated locations in Indiana, with expenses for hotel, mileage, and meals covered. Earn a daily rate up to $1,200 during the ramp period or a percentage of collections, plus an additional weekly travel allowance. Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
