Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients supported by a team of hygienists and assistants in rotating locations across Indiana. Adhere to all government regulations, company standards, and compliance programs while maintaining the highest integrity. Manage daily operations including morning huddles, patient flow averaging 10–12 operative and 20–25 hygiene patients, and utilizing DentaPro software with digital x-ray units. Earn a guaranteed daily rate up to $1,200 during the ramp period or a percentage of collections, plus an additional weekly stipend for traveling to other offices with all expenses paid. Receive up to $75,000 in sign-on bonuses and $1,000/month in student loan repayment assistance. Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
