Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients supported by a team of hygienists and assistants across multiple Indiana locations. Adhere to all government regulations, company standards, and compliance programs while maintaining the highest integrity. Manage daily operations including morning huddles, goal setting, and team collaboration to promote a positive company image. Serve a patient base primarily aged 3-21 with an average of 10-12 operative and 20-25 hygiene patients per day. Utilize DentaPro software, digital x-ray units, and fiber-optic handpieces to deliver high-quality care.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
