Job Summary
Traveling Associate Dentist position with Benevis, providing dental care to children and adults across Indiana offices. Responsibilities include delivering dental services with a team, upholding government regulations, company standards, and compliance programs, and performing other duties as assigned. Requirements include a DDS/DMD from an accredited program, a valid dental license or eligibility to practice in applicable states, CPR/DEA and nitrous oxide certification (specific states listed), compassionate patient care, and willingness to travel to multiple Indiana office locations. Benefits include a guaranteed daily rate during ramp, sign-on bonus up to $75,000 (based on experience), relocation assistance up to $10,000, malpractice coverage, and visa/green card sponsorship. Experience with pediatric and adult patient bases and proficiency with the practice’s dental technology and workflows is expected.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
