Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental education program (CODA)
- Current, valid dental license in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Nitrous Oxide certification (in specified states: LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
- CPR certification
- DEA registration
- Willing and able to travel to listed office locations
- Experience with DentaPro software (preferred)
- Knowledge of HIPAA/OSHA and emergency management training
