Job Summary
Traveling Associate Dentist position responsible for delivering dental services to patients with team support, traveling to multiple Indiana offices (including Elkhart, Evansville, Fort Wayne, Highland, Lafayette, Indianapolis, Terre Haute) to provide care for pediatric and adult patients. Maintain compliance with government regulations, company standards, and internal programs. Utilize DentaPro software, digital x-ray/Panorex, and fiber-optic handpieces; participate in OSHA/HIPAA and emergency management trainings. Role involves coordination with a hygienist and assistants, with emphasis on teamwork, patient-focused care, and community impact. Visa sponsorship is available; relocation assistance offered; sign-on bonus up to $75,000; weekly travel incentives and potential relocation support; comprehensive benefits including insurance, 401(k), and continuing education reimbursements.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
- CPR, DEA, etc.
- Willing and able to travel to listed Indiana locations
- VISA and Green Card sponsorship available
