Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients with support from a team of hygienists, assistants, and staff. Adhere to government regulations, company standards, and compliance programs while maintaining the highest integrity. Manage an office flow averaging 10-12 operative and 20-25 hygiene patients across a mix of state insurance, PPO, and out-of-network payors. Participate in morning huddles to plan the day and highlight customer focus and collaboration. Cover designated locations in Bridgeport, New Haven, and Waterbury, CT, earning a guaranteed daily rate of $850 during the ramp period with expenses paid for travel.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
- Willing and able to cover geographical area below: 144 Boston Ave, Bridgeport, CT 06610; 531 Elm St, New Haven, CT 06511; 738 Wolcott St, Waterbury, CT 06705
