Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients with support from a team of hygienists and assistants across multiple Connecticut and Massachusetts locations. Adhere to government regulations, company standards, and compliance programs while maintaining the highest integrity. Manage daily operations including morning huddles, team collaboration, and goal tracking within a pediatric-focused environment serving ages 3-21. Cover assigned geographic areas including Bridgeport, Hartford, New Britain, New Haven, Waterbury, and Springfield. Earn a guaranteed daily rate of $850 during the ramp period with additional weekly income for traveling between offices, with all travel expenses paid.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
