Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients supported by a team of hygienists and assistants across multiple office locations in Connecticut and Massachusetts. Adhere to all government regulations, company standards, and compliance programs while maintaining the highest integrity. Manage daily operations including morning huddles, goal setting, and customer focus initiatives within a patient base primarily aged 3-21. Cover assigned geographical areas including Bridgeport, Hartford, New Britain, New Haven, Waterbury, and Springfield, earning an additional weekly income for travel with expenses paid. Participate in activities promoting a positive company image and collaborate with mentors to support professional growth.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
