Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients supported by a team of hygienists, assistants, and a hygiene assistant. Adhere to all government regulations, company standards, and compliance programs while maintaining the highest integrity. Manage daily operations including morning huddles, team collaboration, and goal tracking within a practice serving primarily children ages 3-21. Utilize DentaPro software, digital x-ray units, and fiber-optic handpieces for procedures. Cover a designated geographic area including Hartford, New Britain, and Waterbury, CT. Earn a guaranteed daily rate of $850 during the ramp period or a percentage of collections, with additional weekly income for travel to other offices. All travel expenses including hotel, mileage, and meals are paid.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
- Willing and able to cover geographical area below: 1888 Main St, Hartford, CT 06120, 105 Myrtle St, New Britain, CT 06051, 738 Wolcott St, Waterbury, CT 06705
