Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients supported by a team of hygienists and assistants across multiple locations in Connecticut and Massachusetts. Adhere to all government regulations, company standards, and compliance programs while managing an average of 10-12 operative and 20-25 hygiene patients daily. Participate in morning huddles to plan schedules, highlight customer focus, and foster collaboration. Cover assigned geographic areas including Bridgeport, Hartford, New Britain, New Haven, Waterbury, and Springfield, earning a guaranteed daily rate of $850 or a percentage of collections with expenses paid for travel.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
