Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients with support from a team of hygienists, assistants, and staff while adhering to all government regulations and compliance programs. Manage morning huddles to plan daily workflows, highlight customer focus, and foster collaboration within the team. Deliver care primarily to children and adults across multiple locations in Connecticut and Massachusetts, utilizing DentaPro software and digital imaging units. Maintain highest integrity by following company standards, completing required OSHA and HIPAA training, and covering assigned geographical areas. Earn a guaranteed daily rate during the ramp period with expenses paid for travel between offices.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
