Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients supported by a team of hygienists and assistants across multiple Connecticut and Massachusetts locations. Adhere to all government regulations, company standards, and compliance programs while maintaining the highest integrity. Participate in morning huddles to plan daily activities, highlight customer focus, and foster collaboration within the team. Cover a designated geographic area including Bridgeport, Hartford, New Britain, New Haven, Waterbury, and Springfield, with an average daily volume of 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
