Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients with support from a team of hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff across multiple locations. Adhere to all government regulations, company standards, and compliance programs while maintaining the highest integrity. Manage daily operations including morning huddles, patient flow averaging 10-12 operative and 20-25 hygiene patients, and utilizing DentaPro software, digital x-ray units, and fiber-optic handpieces. Cover a designated geographic area including offices in Bridgeport, Hartford, New Britain, New Haven, Waterbury, and Springfield, MA. Earn a guaranteed daily rate of $850 during the ramp period with additional weekly income for travel, all expenses paid.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
