Job Summary
Traveling Associate Dentist position responsible for delivering dental services to patients (primarily ages 3-21 and some adults) with support from a dedicated team across multiple offices. Role includes collaborating with a team of hygienists and dental assistants, utilizing DentaPro software, digital x-ray/Panorex, and fiber-optic handpieces. Requires active DDS/DMD, licensed or licensure-eligible in applicable states, and willingness to travel within the geographic area. Competitive compensation with guaranteed ramp period daily rate and potential for additional compensation through collections-based pay, plus benefits such as insurance, 401(k) match, paid holidays, and sponsorship opportunities (including visa/Green Card) for eligible locations. Sign-on bonuses and student loan repayment assistance may be offered for specific locations.
Required Qualifications
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental education program
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- VISA and Green Card sponsorship available
- Compassion and strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults
- State insurance plans, PPO and out-of-network payor mix experience (implied)
- Ability to travel to other offices within geographic area (travel required)
- Ability to work with a team (hygienists, dental assistants)
- Continuing Education reimbursements may be offered
- Office equipment and software (DentaPro) familiarity
- OSHA/HIPAA/Emergency Management training compliance
