Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients supported by a team including hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff across multiple locations in Connecticut and Massachusetts. Adhere to all government regulations, company standards, and compliance programs while maintaining the highest integrity. Manage daily operations with an average flow of 10-12 operative and 20-25 hygiene patients, primarily serving children and young adults. Participate in morning huddles to highlight customer focus and collaboration, and cover geographical areas including Bridgeport, Hartford, New Britain, New Haven, Waterbury, and Springfield. Earn a guaranteed daily rate of $850 during the ramp period or a percentage of collections, with additional weekly income for traveling to other offices.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
