Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients with support from a team of hygienists, assistants, and dental assistants. Adhere to government regulations, company standards, and compliance programs while maintaining the highest integrity. Manage daily operations including morning huddles, goal setting, and customer focus initiatives. Cover a geographic area including locations in Bridgeport, Hartford, New Britain, New Haven, Waterbury, and Springfield. Maintain valid licensure, CPR/DEA certifications, and Nitrous Oxide certification where applicable. Earn a guaranteed daily rate of $850 during the ramp period with additional weekly income for travel, all expenses paid.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
