Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients supported by a team of hygienists, assistants, and staff while adhering to all government regulations and company compliance programs. Participate in morning huddles to plan daily activities, highlight customer focus, and foster collaboration. Manage an average of 10-12 operative and 20-25 hygiene patients across locations primarily serving children ages 3-21, utilizing DentaPro software and digital imaging units. Earn a guaranteed daily rate of $850 during the ramp period or a percentage of collections, with additional weekly income for traveling between offices within the geographic area. All travel expenses including hotel, mileage, and meals are paid.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
