Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients supported by a team of hygienists and assistants while adhering to all government regulations and company compliance programs. Manage daily operations including morning huddles, team collaboration, and promoting a positive company image within underserved communities. Deliver care primarily to children and adults using DentaPro software and digital x-ray equipment. Earn a guaranteed daily rate of $850 during the ramp period or a percentage of collections, with an additional weekly travel stipend for moving between offices. Receive an up to $30,000 sign-on bonus and student loan repayment assistance. Full benefits include medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k) match, paid malpractice coverage, and continuing education reimbursements.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
- Willing and able to cover geographical area below: 1888 Main St, Hartford, CT 06120, 105 Myrtle St, New Britain, CT 06051, 738 Wolcott St, Waterbury, CT 06705
